Who processes your data
CineyLabs, publisher of Terrako, is the data controller. For any question: privacy@terrako.app.
What we collect
For your account: your phone number or email address, your name, language and country, and, if you continue with Apple or Google, the identifier and address that service sends us. For your land: what you enter (record, outline, documents). For security: your list of sessions and a sign-in log, with a hash of the IP address, never the address itself.
Why
To sign you in, store and show your land, and protect your account. No advertising, no resale, no sharing with third parties other than our processors.
Our processors
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France) sends sign-in codes by text message and email. Apple and Google are involved only if you choose to continue with them. The basemap comes from MapTiler. App data is hosted in Canada.
How long
As long as your account exists. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes; inactive sessions after 30 days (60 days for the mobile app). Deleting your account erases everything within 30 days.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing and ask for a copy by writing to privacy@terrako.app. You can also contact the data protection authority of your country (for example the APDP in Mali, the CDP in Senegal or the CNIL in France).
Cookies and analytics
Only a session cookie, required to stay signed in, is set when you sign in; a temporary cookie protects sign-in with Apple or Google. No analytics tool. Your light or dark mode choice stays in your browser.
